(A) P2Y2-silenced cells and control cells were treated with 100 μM ATP for 12 h, and cell supernatant was collected for IL-8 protein examination by ELISA assay. Cells were treated with 100 μM ATP for 12 h, and western blotting was performed to detect the expression of (B) Snail and (C) E-cadherin.
