Mouse survival curves are graphically represented, and a Kaplan-Meir survival estimate revealed no significant difference in survival curves of mice infected with NG- and CR-grown bacteria (p=0.429). (B) Female Swiss Webster mice (n=5–6/group) were i.p. challenged with 1.0×107 cfu of CR-grown parental YP and its ΔymoA mutant strain.
