The data displayed represent hearts showing the Mdn value of θ′_max in the experimental group concerned. Both the vertical position and shape of such curves could vary greatly between groups. Flecainide and quinidine both typically reduced conduction velocity, but this was marked in the flecainide-treated Scn5a^+/− RV epicardium.
