(B) Structural alterations in MMP-10cd relative to the crystal structure of MMP-10cd bound to small molecule inhibitor NNGH (PDB ID: 1Q3A [41], shown in white) are limited to the specificity loop, highlighted by the red box. Superpositions are based on the Cα atoms of all corresponding residues.
