C57Bl/6J mice (n = 10 per group) received a sub-maximal vaccination and dietary intervention with or without scGOS/lcFOS/pAOS during the entire vaccination procedure. Antigen specific DTH responses were measured by ear swelling (24 hr. post-antigen injection) and corrected for background (PBS) swelling. A non-vaccinated group (n = 3) was used as control (NV). Lines represent median with interquartile range of the DTH responses from individual mice per group (as indicated through separate dots). The statistical differences are indicated in the graph.
