Genetic interaction between Npr2, Tsc2, and Gtr2. (A) The Δtsc2Δnpr2 double knockout cells display similar phenotypes to Δnpr2 cells. The indicated cells were spotted onto the indicated plates and incubated for 4–5 days at 27°. (B) The Isp5 transcriptional activity was markedly increased in Δtsc2Δnpr2 double knockout cells in response to rapamycin and Torin1 treatment. The Δtsc2Δnpr2 cells harboring the reporter vector pKB8527 were grown and assayed as described in Figure 4A. (C) The tor2-287Δgtr2 double knockout cells displayed similar phenotypes to tor2-287 cells.
