Western blots for PTPRC, CD4, GATM, and ACTB. Protein lysates of cultured human smooth muscle cells (S) and monocytes (M) as well as of abdominal aortic tissues from controls (C1, C2, C3) and AAA patients (A1, A2, A3, A4) were used. The molecular weights (kDa) of the observed bands are indicated on the left and the protein names on the right. ACTB was used to standardize for the amount of protein on the gel.
