A) Western blot analysis of lysates from HeLa cells pretreated with the indicated inhibitors prior to etoposide treatment reveals that PP242 reduces the appearance of multiple phospho-SQ/TQ epitopes recognized by the broadly reactive phospho-VCP/Chk2 antibody. B) Varying concentrations of PP242 from 0.34–1.25 µM block etoposide-induced phosphorylation of proteins recognized by the phospho-SQ/TQ antibody.
