Expression pattern of phospho-ERK1/2 (A) and total ERK1/2 (B) were investigated by immunohistochemistry after artificially-induced decidualization on day 1 and day 5. Expression of phospho-ERK1/2 was observed in stimulated horn but not in control horn. Total ERK1/2 was constitutively expressed both control and stimulated uteri on day 1 and day 5.
