Effect of HCT on PMA plus A23187-stimulated NF-κB activation and IκBα phosphorylation. HMC-1 cells (1×106 cells/ml) were incubated with HCT (0.05–0.2 mg/ml) for 1 h and stimulated with PMA plus A23187 for 2 h.
