Effect of increase in Newcastle disease virus (NDV) strain AF2240 titers on the percentage of apoptotic MCF-7 cells. MCF-7 cells were infected with various concentrations of NDV and incubated for 48 h. The results were expressed as the mean percentages of apoptotic cells assessed directly by flow cytometry. Each value represents the average ± the standard deviation of triplicate cultures. Error bars indicate standard deviations of the means.
