Agarose gel electrophoresis of the cloning of hemagglutinin-neuraminidase (HN) gene into pDisplay expression vector. The positive recombinant pDisplay/HN was analyzed by double digestion using restriction enzymes SalI and SacII which released the HN gene of size 1.8 kb (lane 2). pDisplay vector was also double digested with both enzymes (lane 1). Lane M represents 1 kb DNA ladder (Promega Corporation, Madison, WI, USA).
