Binding affinity of anti-capsular mAbs to γd- and γlPGA-coated surfaces by surface plasmon resonance. The total RU that was achieved on each surface following a 180 s pulse is given as a function of mAb concentration. The 3-parameter Hill equation was used to create the regression line. The dissociation constants of each mAb were determined as: y = axb/(cb+xb), where c equals the apparent dissociation constant (KD).
