A: HT29 cells were treated with GANT61 (20 µM) for 0–72 hr, and lysates were extracted at intervals for TRAP analysis. 100 bp DNA ladder was used as a molecular marker (M). B: HT29 cells stably expressing vector (V), GLI1 or GLI2 (GLI2ΔN) (described in Figure 3A) were evaluated for telomerase activity by TRAP assay. hTERT over-expressing cells were used as positive control.
