Significantly elevated levels of Hsp27 expression were detected in OGD-exposed primary rat neural cells co-cultured with DPCs, which was most pronounced in GFAP-positive cells showing dose-dependent expression of Hsp27 (*p<0.05 vs. controls, i.e., 0%).
