Showing %cell viability and IC₅₀ values observed after ((a)-(b)) 24 hr and ((c)-(d)) 48 hr, following treatment of various formulations in A549 lung cancer cell line. Cell viability was performed on 5 × 10³ A549 (lung cancer cell lines) cells in F12K medium supplemented with 10% FBS and 1% Penicillin-Streptomycin mixture. Cell incubation was done in a humidified atmosphere of 5% CO₂ at 37 ± 0.5°C. All formulations were applied as freshly prepared solutions between 0.001 and 100 μM concentrations. The absorbance of formazan crystals dissolved in lysis buffer was measured at 570 nm using ELISA microplate reader at 37 ± 0.5°C. Results are represented as mean ± S.D (n = 3).
