Spastizin partially co-localizes with Beclin 1, Rubicon, UVRAG and Vps34 in HeLa cells. Untreated HeLa cells were fixed and immunostained with anti-spastizin (red) and anti-Beclin 1, -Rubicon, -UVRAG, -Atg14 and -Vps34 (green) antibodies.
