(A) A549, HepG2, SK-Hep1 and MCF7 cells were treated with cordycepin at 50–200 µM for 24 hrs and 48 hrs and cell proliferation was determined by an MTT assay. (B) U937, K562 and THP1 cells were treated with cordycepin at 50–200 µM for 24 hrs and 48 hrs and cell proliferation was determined by an MTS assay. These data are from three independent experiments.
