Characterization of zebrafish cdk10. A, zebrafish cdk10 interacts with ETS2. pEGFP or pEGFP-zcdk10 was transfected into HEK 293 cells. At 24 h post-transfection, cell lysates were collected and immunoprecipitated (IP) with an anti-GFP antibody. NS denotes nonspecific signal. The arrowhead indicates ETS2 signals. The arrow indicates GFP-cdk10 signals. B, in vitro kinase assay. pEGFP or pEGFP-zcdk10 was transfected into HEK 293 cells. GFP fusion proteins were immunoprecipitated with an anti-GFP antibody and subjected to an in vitro kinase assay using histone H1 as substrate.
