Representative bands for IL-11 mRNA (RT-PCR, A) and protein (ELISA, B) expression in mouse kidney (n=4 for each group) are shown. Mice were treated with vehicle (1% DMSO in saline) or with CCPA (0.1 mg/kg intraperitoneally); 6 hours later, kidneys (cortex and corticomedullary junction) were collected for analyses.
