There was no effect in the mRNA (A) or protein (B) expression levels of S100A14 by retroviral mediated over-expression of S100A16 in CaLH3 and H357 cell-lines (-, control construct; +, S100A16 expression construct). S100A14 and S100A16 mRNA expression levels were normalized to GAPDH mRNA expression. Error bars represent SEM of 3 biological replicates done in 3 technical replicates. Student’s-t test (paired) was performed for statistical analysis.
