(d) Position traces for two motile cells show processive migration during the CXCL8 gradients (Stage II-blue, Stage III-red) and the fMLF gradient (green). (e) Similar position traces for two tethered cells shows their oscillatory migration paths that never exceed 20 μm from the original cell position.
