Growth of P. pastoris mutants bearing defects in non-polar lipid synthesis.

A yeast pre-culture grown in YPD for 48 h was used to inoculate fresh YPD or YPO media at a starting OD₆₀₀ of 0.1. Cells were incubated at 30 °C with vigorous shaking.
