Fatty acid composition of triacylglycerols from dga1∆ and lro1∆.

TG from wild type (black bars), dga1∆ (gray bars) and lro1∆ (white bars) strains grown on YPD to the early stationary phase were analyzed for their fatty acid composition as described in the methods section. The amounts of individual fatty acids are shown as % of total fatty acids. Data are mean values of at least three independent experiments. Error bars indicate the standard deviation.
