Supplementary Fig. 2

A: Bioinformatic analysis of CDKL5 expression in transcriptome databases of human neuroblastoma tissue samples classified on the basis of MYCN amplification. Differentially expressed genes are defined by a two-fold-change cut-off. The color-coded scale (green = down-regulation and red = up-regulation) for the normalized expression value is indicated at the top of the figure. The hierarchical clustering of the samples was done using Cluster 3 software. B: Survival probabilities of two groups of subjects with neuroblastomas with low- and high-levels of CDKL5 expression. Survival probability was estimated by the method of Kaplan–Meier. The median expression value of CDKL5 based on the entire cohort (n = 102) was used as a cut-off to stratify high- and low-expression subgroups. Five-year survival was calculated for each group, and the log-rank test was used to compare survival probabilities of the two groups.
