Fluorescent-labeled HLA-G5 protein (1 µg/mL) was bound to trophoblastic cells. The percentage of the bound cells was analyzed by flow-cytometry. Treating the JAr and JEG-3 cells with 5A6G7 antibody significantly reduced the binding signal of HLA-G5 (from 79.0% to 28.3% and from 92.2% to 52.1%, respectively).
