The optimal values of the parameters are: η = 0.7 mV, qs = 0.1 nS, and qe = 0.1 nS. All the combinations receive the same “winning” input: zAVB = 1 and zi = 0 for other interneurons. The last column provides estimates of probabilities that a given neuron is inhibitory.
