Adjuvant effect of BBR in DR5-targeted therapy in a murine 4T1 breast cancer model. 4T1 cells were inoculated into syngeneic BALB/c female mice that received BBR (100 mg/kg/day) or vehicle by oral administration for one month. Designated mouse groups received agonistic anti-DR5 antibody on days 8 and 13 after tumor inoculation. Tumors were measured on the indicated days and (A) primary tumor growth or (B) tumor weight after removal of the primary tumor on day 16 is shown.
