Effects of AChE inhibitors on viability of endothelial cells in the presence of H2O2. The HUVECs were seeded overnight in 96-well culture plate (5000 cells/well) and treated with donepezil, rivastigmine, and galantamine for 24 h. The percent of viability was normalized against untreated control cells.
