The mRNA expression of CD25, cytokines (IFN-γ, TNF-α, IL-2, IL-4, IL-5, T-bet, GATA3, and IL-10), chemokines and chemokine receptors (CCR5, CCL5, CXCR3, and CXCL10), and cytotoxic molecules (FasL, perforin, granzyme A and granzyme B) are shown (A-C). RNA was extracted from footpads of Pd-induced allergy mice (two sensitizations/three challenges, closed bars) and control mice (two sensitizations, open bars). GAPDH gene expression was used as an internal control. Vertical bars and error bars indicate the mean values and standard deviation (n=10). Significant differences compared with PBS-injected footpads were analyzed by unpaired Student t-test (*p<0.05, **p<0.005). All experiments were independently performed twice.
