Levels of IFN-γ were measured with culture supernatants from T cell clones stimulated with various concentrations of PdCl₂ (0.1-10 mM). Bars and error bars represent mean and standard deviation of IFN-γ (pg/mL). High levels of IFN-γ were detected in the culture supernatants of T cell clones A08 as well as D03 at 10 mM PdCl₂ solution and the production was increased in a dose-dependent manner. On the other hands, the levels of IFN-γ at 0.1, 0.5, 1 and 10 mM Pd were not significantly different from control (0 Pd). Experiments were repeated at least thrice.
