Analysis of VKORC1L1 expression in different tissues of adult male VKORC1-deficient mice compared with wild type mice. Total RNA (100 ng) isolated from liver, lung, kidney, brain, and testis was used to quantify by real-time PCR mRNA expression of Vkorc1 and Vkorc1l1 enzymes involved in the vitamin K cycle. Each data point represents the mean of three animals ± S.D. (error bars). Three separate determinations were made for each animal.
