Binding and functional characteristics of TAP-A2AR receptors in HEK293 cells

Results from cAMP assays were fitted to the equation describing a hyperbola with a constant basal term. Emax refers to the maximum [3H]cAMP accumulation (cpm). Dissociation constants (KD) and the amount of A2A receptors in the selected stably transformed cell clones were calculated by fitting specific binding of the antagonist [3H]ZM241385 to the equation for a rectangular hyperbola.
