KDAC1 depletion fully mimics the effect of VPA at seven GR target genes. A and C, Hepa-1c1c7 cells were transfected with control (Ctrl) or KDAC1 siRNAs as described under “Experimental Procedures.” Forty eight hours after transfection, cells were treated with or without Dex (100 nm) for 4 h. RNA was isolated from cells and subjected to RT-qPCR.
