(A) Levels of OPA1 in mitochondria from livers of Opa1^flx/flx mice were isolated 3 days after tail-vein injection with the indicated adenoviruses. Protein samples (20 μg) were separated by SDS-PAGE and immunoblotted with the indicated antibodies.
