A, Growth curve of strain LB400 in liquid BLKN minimal medium supplemented with 2-AP (1 mM), glucose (10 mM) and NH₄Cl (1 mM). Growth was monitored measuring CFU. Each point is an average ± SDs of results from, at least, three independent assays.
