ErbB2 is not internalized after ligand binding. Confocal images of untreated control cells and cells treated with EGF, heregulin, or herceptin and immunolabeled for ErbB2 and the TfR as indicated. Stimulation with EGF or heregulin has pronounced effects on the cell morphology.
