Transcripts were measured using gene-specific primers (Supplemental Table S1) for quantitative reverse transcription-PCR analysis of three biological repeats of leaf extracts from Col-0 and cat2 grown for 3 weeks in air in a 16-h/8-h light/dark regime at an irradiance of 200 µmol m⁻² s⁻¹. Shown in boldface are genes whose mean expression values were significantly different between cat2 and Col-0 at P < 0.05 (values indicated by asterisks).
