IC₅₀ values were directly determined in the UGT1A1 recombinant system from linear regression (Fig. 1). IC₅₀ values of stearic acid, myristic acid, lauric acid, palmitic acid, behenic acid, arachidic acid, lignoceric acid, and decanoic acid were more than 50 μM.
