(b) Prominent bile duct injury with associated bile ductular proliferation. The mixed inflammatory infiltrate consists of eosinophils, neutrophils, lymphocytes, and plasma cells (magnification ×200). Mild periportal hepatocyte feathery degeneration is noted. There is no evidence of fibrosis
