The binding of mAb 11-5.2 (conformational antibody) to N-MΦs, mβ-MΦs, mβ-MΦ-CL, and mβ-MΦ-CL-AN was to assess cell surface expression of Ia.2 epitope (shaded box). The cells were stained with FITC-conjugated mAb 11-5.2. The binding of mAb 10-2.16 (nonconformational antibody) to N-MΦs, mβ-MΦs, mβ-MΦ-CL, and mβ-MΦ-CL-AN was to assess total cell surface expression of Ak (open box).The cells were stained with mAb 10-2.16 followed by FITC-conjugated goat anti-mouse IgG.
