Curation approach. (a) Protocol: based on a set of selected reviews, we defined the set of diauxic shift TGs. Each gene was queried for regulatory information in SGD, YEASTRACT and Herrgard et al. (26). The GRN was compiled from information directly retrieved from the resources and from the curation of all extracted references. The information collected in each step of our approach is detailed in (b).
