Figure 3. — FRET assays with tRNA pairs that match dicodons present (Ile_UAU + Ile_UAU) or absent (Pro_AGG + Gly_CCC) in the EHDV2-IBA genome. CHO or OK cells, infected with EHDV2-IBAV (14 h), were co-transfected either with Cy3-tRNA^Ile_UAU and Rd110-tRNA^Ile_UAU or Cy3-tRNA^Pro_AGG and Rd110-tRNA^Gly_CCC, treated or not with puromycin (1 mM, 15 min), fixed 6 h posttransfection, immunostained for NS3 and imaged by confocal microscopy.
