Chinese collected from Gulin County in Sichuan Province. JYH is L. Japonica; TM is Gastrodia elata collected from Liangshan City in Sichuan Province. Lane “M” indicates the DNA molecular weight marker DL600 with the fragment size (bp) 600, 500, 400, 300, 200 and 100.
