Sections were counterstained with hematoxylin. B, immunofluorescent staining results for the expression of CRL4 components in OV2008 ovarian cancer cells: ROC1, CUL4A, CUL4B, DDB1, VPRBP, and CDT2. Cells were seeded on glass coverslips in 24-well plates overnight before staining. Nuclei were stained with 4′,6′-diamidno-2-phenylindole (DAPI; blue).
