Patient-derived breathing trajectories. Trajectory 1 represents a regular breathing pattern, and trajectory 2 shows irregular breathing with baseline drift (varying end-exhale positions). Breathing motion amplitude for trajectories 1 and 2 were 25.1 and 35.8 mm, respectively. Phantom images were generated from 2 minutes of breathing motion.
