TPL sensitizes SKOV3PT cells to cisplatin in vitro. Cells were treated with 12 mM cisplatin (Cis) or 25 nM TPL alone or in combination for 24 h. The cells were harvested to determine (A) the cell viability and (B) the percentage of apoptotic cells, as described in the Materials and methods section.
