Quantification of oligodendroglia. Oligodendrocytes per high-powered field (HPF) were counted in the corpus callosum, centrum semiovale and cerebral cortex in the 4H patient and a control using both H&E and Olig2 staining. There are decreased numbers of oligodendrocytes in the 4H patient vs. the control. Average counts and ranges are shown.
