miR-378 regulates Ctgf expression and cell survival signalling in EleS PC. (A) miRNA profiling in EleSCSCs by miR microarray and real-time PCR. miRNA expression in EleSCSCs was normalized with those in Non-EleSCSCs. miR-378 expression was significantly down-regulated in EleSCSCs (n = 6).
