Integrated Regulation track data for a region spanning the ENST0000051354 are shown. The red box shows a region of overlap between the various tracks. (C) Transcription factor binding sites (TFBS) prediction indicated that ENST0000051354 loci combine with AP-1 as a cis-acting element. (D) Further catRAPID analysis indicated a strong RNA-protein interaction between ENST0000051354 and TCF-4, which is the TF of SMAD1.
